I adore this girl! She is so so fun to hang around. I want to wish Michelle and her new hubby Hense a big congrats on their wedding yesterday! The day was a great success! A Mother - Daughter Session 10-28-10

This was a very fun session.. I loved that these 2 took the time to have a special Mother / Daughter portrait session. ( It was time ... it had been almost 20 years since they had their last session together... NOT BY ME of course :-) )....I also loved that even though I had just met them... I felt like we had known each other for years... Both were so easy to talk to ... and so relaxed... That always makes for a great shoot!

I have top secret information... I was given the horrible task of shooting this awesomely cute Christmas and Winter decor painted by Carol Upton and Barbara Richardson. Why would I say this is a horrible task???! Well because I pretty much plan to buy about everything I took pictures of... ITS JUST ALLLLL SO CUTE!!!! Plus I want to have the cutest Christmas house ever.. and this is what it takes :-) seriously. So whats my secret ? They are going to have a show in Archdale on or around November 19 & 20 ( all of this is yet to be confirmed but this is the plan..yeah I told you this was secret ) and YOU can go and buy some of this cute and LOCALLY made decor. Also... I want to say that Barbara and Carol try to be as GREEN as possible with their designs... they get really creative with what they use and where they find it... If you are curious... you should as them about that when you go to the sale...

Justin and Jamie's Wedding 10-17-10

Here are the wedding pictures from Justin and Jamie's wedding! The couple chose Castle McCulloch as the venue ... which set the tone for romance and fairy tale. Today, nothing quite so effectively evokes the atmosphere of the Middle Ages as a castle. Everything was just so perfect... and I couldn't be happier for this couple! I just love themed weddings like this!
