Zeda's Quinceañera Portraits

Today I was so thrilled to be able to shoot portraits for a beautiful young lady named Zeda (coolest name ever) ! For those of you who don't know...Quinceañera... in Latin American culture, is a coming of age ceremony held on a girl's fifteenth birthday. The term Quinceaños refers to the birthday of the celebrant, and the term Quinceañera refers to the celebrant herself. Like many other coming-of-age ceremonies, the Quinceaños is associated with the Quinceañera "becoming a lady". Zeda's having a masquerade ball themed party...Thats the reason for her mask. Congrats Zeda!!!!

Yesterday I had the honor of shooting a beautiful wedding....of a beautiful couple. They are so adorable together...and so fun to be around. The colors were so unique...I had never seen another wedding with the unique shade of purple that the couple chose...The dresses all were from J.Crew....even the wedding dress!...Loved it!!!
