Ms. Heather got hitched today in an incredible outdoor ceremony at Old Salem ! So I would like to now share some of her bridal portraits ! Congrats Heather and Michael !!!!!

Sister Session { 4.19.11 }

I met these adorable sisters on Tuesday to shoot their spring portraits. Amanda and Laura did a wonderful job being patient as we had to deal with a windy afternoon ... but I was completely thrilled with the results of this session!

Joe + Carla's Engagement Session { 4.17.11 }

On Sunday I met Joe and Carla for their engagements, it was also their FIRST Ever professional session together! This couple has so much chemistry ... and it was very visible throughout their session. I always ask my couples to think of "special" places that mean something to them to include in there shoot ... And I was thrilled to learn that the couple wanted to go back to where it all began.... Congdon Hall at HPU was where Joe asked Carla to date him.. and well... the rest is history :-)

Alan + Ellen's Wedding { High Point, NC 4.16.11 }

This past Saturday I shot the beautiful wedding of Alan and Ellen. The day started out with fingers crossed and umbrella's. The forecast wasn't to bright... but as the day progressed the storm passed.. and the sun decided to shine!!! We were all so thankful ... with the threat of tornado's in the area... seeing the sun was relieving ! The fabulous flowers and reception was a creation from the best... Ms. Beverly Martin with Elegant Creations ( you can find her on facebook!) !!!! And if you are confused about the pill bottle favors.... let me explain...both the bride and groom are Pharmacist... so what would be more appropriate than medicine bottles filled with CANDY ?!!
